  As a thought Experiment, what education should you undergo to become like Mr. Stark? We can look at the real-life Ironman, Elon Musk. If you not know who he is, he is the man behind Solar city, Tesla Motors, Space X and more.  He learned himself programming as a kid and all sort of knowledge.
